Home Managers live in homes that are currently on the market to sell and pay a fraction of "normal" rental rates. The Home Manager Program has had a 20-year success rate. If you are looking for a short term living arrangement, saving for a home of your own, exploring different communities before you buy or looking for a long-term lifestyle, becoming a VIP Home Manager could be the solution for you.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Applicants must have furniture in "like new condition" and be a style that is easily accessorized to match most decors (antique & shabby chic must be inspected and approved) OR be willing to rent a furniture package for an additional fee.
2. If you need assistance with a particular room, we can add room packages including accessories for additional fee.
3. Applicants must be inherently neat and clean. House must be in "show to sell condition" on a daily basis.
4. No smoking - & No parties.
5. Only two un-related persons per property.
6. Home Manager may give a 60-day notice to vacate the property.
If you love our program and wish to continue being a Home Manager when your house sells, VIP Staging & Home Management, LLC will locate another VIP Property for you. Assistance with moving is available. Call for specific details.
